超滤膜/UF membrane:


在膜法分离技术中膜的微孔径在0.03-0.1μm之间的过滤膜称为超滤膜,而一般胶体体积均≥0.1m,乳胶>0.5um,大肠菌、葡萄球菌等细菌体积>0.2nm,浮物、微粒子等体积>5μm,因此超滤膜可以过滤出溶液中的细菌、胶体、悬浮物、蛋白质等大分子物质。

Generaly,the volume of coloid is2 0.1 ym, atexis 2 0.5 ym, bacena such as Echerichia col and Staphylcoccus are 2 0.2 yum, suspended sods and paricles are more than 5 yM. herefore,uraltration membranecan filter out bacteria, colloids, suspended solids, proteins and other macromolecular substances in the solution.

超滤/Ultra-filtration:


  • 超滤是一种膜分离技术,其膜为多孔性不对称结构。过滤过程是以膜俩侧的压差为驱动力,以机械筛分原理为基础的一种溶液分离过程,使用压力通常为0.1-0.3Mpa。超滤膜分离过程曾被看作是一种单纯的物理分离过程。

  • 超滤通常用于制取矿泉水、山泉水,是以压力为推动力,利用超滤膜不同孔径分离液体中的杂质的过程。目前在水处理行业中,聚砜、聚丙烯及PVDF中空纤维式是组件应用最多。

  • 超滤主要用于将溶液中的大分子、胶体和微粒与溶剂等小分子物质进行分离。目前,超滤的应用领域主要涉及食品、饮料、生物医药、精细化工、工业废水处理与回用、地表水前期预处理、中水回用、矿井水前期处理等。
